Healthcare such as osteopathy, physiotherapy and more, are supported by various massage therapies whose aim is to increase muscle flexibility - but our gym facility, Rē comes into its own as a dedicated space where core healthcare such as Scoliosis treatment and Biokinetics are able to really benefit clients. This is because of the range of equipment that is accommodated here in our dedicated facility. In addition, training and rehabilitation services can take full advantage of the 'gym-like' facility - and we are able to offer Pilates, Yoga and a variety of custom classes as they arise, for small groups or individuals.
